These terms apply to the SecondBook website and private beta mobile apps. By using SecondBook, you agree to use the product responsibly and only with files or content you are allowed to store, sync or read.
Beta Scope
SecondBook is being prepared as a mobile-first digital library for books, documents and notes. Beta access may change, be limited or be paused while reliability and store-readiness work continues.
User Content
- You are responsible for the files, metadata and messages you upload or send.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to store or use.
- We may remove content or access when needed for safety, policy or legal reasons.
No Payment Scope
Public beta scope does not include in-app payments, wallet custody, subscriptions or paid plans. Any future commercial feature will require a separate, explicit release and policy update.
Service Availability
SecondBook is provided as a beta product. We aim for reliable sync and clear file lifecycle behavior, but beta features may contain defects and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
